What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout. All items are shipped within 72 hours of purchase.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns for any orders unless item is not as described. A video must be shown as proof of item coming out of our packaged box.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Canada and United States for the time being. International shipping is in the works, however if someone is interested in our products and we do not offer shipping to you currently, please send us an email and we will work it out!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email if you select to purchase tracked shipping.
Are you responsible for untracked shipments?
We are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered packages that were shipped without tracking. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout to ensure your order is protected. Once an untracked package leaves our facility, we have no ability to locate or recover it.
